My PCOS Glow Reset: How I’m Losing Weight & Taking Control Naturally

Hi, I’m Sai.

For a long time, I struggled with PCOS, weight gain, sugar cravings, low energy, and feeling out of control in my own body. I would try strict diets, extreme fasting, and then give up after a few days.

But this time, I’m not doing anything extreme.

I’m doing a Glow Reset.

This is my realistic, sustainable plan to lose weight with PCOS and improve my hormones naturally.

If you’re struggling like me, this might help you too.

---

🌿 1. Focusing on Protein First

With PCOS, insulin resistance is common. So instead of starving myself, I focus on adding more protein to every meal.

Examples:

Eggs or paneer in the morning

Dal or chicken for lunch

Curd or nuts as snacks

Protein helps reduce cravings and keeps me full longer.

---

💧 2. Drinking 3 Liters of Water Daily

Sometimes cravings are actually dehydration.

I now aim for 3 liters of water daily.

It helps with bloating, digestion, and energy levels.

Simple but powerful.

---

🚶‍♀️ 3. Walking 30 Minutes Every Day

No extreme gym workouts.

Just walking.

Walking helps:

Improve insulin sensitivity

Reduce stress

Support fat loss

Consistency matters more than intensity.

---

🍫 4. Controlling Sugar Cravings Smartly

Instead of cutting sugar completely and then bingeing, I:

Eat dark chocolate (small portion)

Add fruits in moderation

Avoid liquid sugar (soft drinks, sweet coffee)

Balance > restriction.

---

🧠 5. Reducing Stress & Journaling

Stress makes PCOS worse.

So I’m focusing on:

Better sleep

Journaling daily

Deep breathing

Positive self-talk

Hormone health is not just food — it’s mindset too.

---

🌸 My Goal

This Glow Reset is not about becoming skinny overnight.

It’s about:

Healing my body

Building discipline

Becoming confident

Glowing from inside out

I will be documenting my journey, what works, what doesn’t, and the lessons I learn along the way.

If you’re on a PCOS journey too, stay with me.

We are glowing up — slowly, naturally, and sustainably.
